Terms of service
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These terms apply to the use of the Panaxus website and, together with the agreement signed with each client, to the use of Panaxus systems provided by [Company legal name] (“Panaxus”).
1. The website
The information on this website is general. It does not form an offer. Every Panaxus system is tailored, so scope, price and timing are agreed in writing with each client.
2. Client agreements
When a business becomes a client, the signed agreement (including any order form, statement of work and data processing agreement) sets out what Panaxus delivers. If these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
3. Accounts and access
- Each client system has its own login link. Access is by invitation from the client.
- Clients decide who gets an account and which role and access each person has.
- Users keep their login details private and tell the client or Panaxus about any misuse they notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or a Panaxus system to:
- break the law or the rights of others;
- try to access data or parts of the system you have not been given access to;
- disrupt, overload or attack the service, or upload malicious code.
5. Data
Clients own the data they put into their system. Panaxus processes it only to provide the service, as described in the data processing agreement and our privacy policy. Client data is stored in the client’s region; for EU clients, in the EU.
6. Intellectual property
The Panaxus software, website and brand belong to Panaxus. Clients keep the rights to their own brand, content and data. A client’s logo and colours are used in their system only on their behalf.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Commitments on availability and support, if any, are part of the client agreement. We may improve or change the service over time.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Panaxus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability for Panaxus systems is set out in the client agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, unless a client agreement says otherwise or mandatory local law applies.
